Purpose of financial
The operations covered by this contract are intended to promote the participation of citizens, individual or group works, for development projects the economic and social issues most relevant and more felt by the Community in order to enable it to be able to compete with the local government decisions.

Municipalities concerned shall be given in capital projects of intervention aimed at economic and social development. In particular, they will be allowed to finance the following types of socio-economic development:
