Guidelines for the process of public participation in the implementation of measures of economic and social development

actions of economic and social development, promoted by the municipalities, should be the result of the following participation process with citizens, even if the proposed project as associates:

• 4. the notice must contain a statement that the proposal will be presented by the first civic signatory (individual citizens or associations), and in public meetings organized on the territory, to which citizens can intervene to discuss the proposal and place his / her membership ( signature);
• 5. the notice shall indicate the period within which to present the proposal to ensure civic citizenship due time for the organization itself and not be less than 15 days;
• 6. The notice should specify that citizens can propose (and sign) a single proposal for civic education. It is the responsibility of the relevant municipal offices check for multiple subscriptions and then cancel the labels;
