in one month, the City of Mount Compass is to enter into a contract providing for a regional popular participation.
Saturday, November 1, 2008 in the council chamber of the Borghese Dining, 17.00, participatory processes will be presented regarding the notice in question. In this same meeting, will present some projects that can be accessed for 30 days and will be subject to contributions and technical input from the community by a form to be collected from the Technical Office el'Urp.
In the next phase, the town council will collect all the contributions received in a "document of participation" that will include a first evaluation of their technical, administrative and economic. The Community of Mount Compass, however, have the ability to determine the effect from the contributions made by the praetorian posted on the city, the Council's website and blog http://www.montecompatripartecipa.blogspot.com/ . Finally, the City will proceed, under current regulations, the final decision of a public be proposed to the Lazio Region, based on the findings of the Document of participation ".
